SEA is proud to introduce on market Pixel NEXT, the new electronic colour sorter combining state-of-the-art technology and many years of experience on the field.
Pixel NEXT is the right evolution of PIXEL colour sorter: current traditional advantages have been improved with a new CCD cameras control system of the most advanced technology, whilst maintaining simplicity of use. Up to twenty-eight 2048 pixel CCD cameras can be foreseen on different models to ensure the highest optical resolution and two different levels of threshold.
Pixel NEXT is the only sorter offering up to seven chutes to satisfy even the highest production capacities and to guarantee the maximum flexibility on sorting configurations.
Pixel NEXT is a range of machines having the possibility to use LED RGB or neon tubes lighting system according to product to be sorted, thus offering the best customized sorting solution also with a user-friendly interface by the new 15” touch-screen panel.
The groundbreaking hardware with an high speed signal elaboration and communication to expulsion system allows an excellent production performance. Moreover air compressor and energy consumption have been reduced.
