Rice, Wheat, Cereals or Seeds

In the WHITE rice we separate: black-spotted, chalky, striated, yellowish or greenish grains, and other foreign material.

In the PARBOILED we separate: discoloured, spotted, black or burned grains and any other defective grains.

The introduction of PIXEL sorters on wheat Mills for cleaning or directly on "B1" permits separation of mottled, burned, or disease wheat, vetch and other foreign seeds that are cause of black and brown tips in the finish product. Another common application is on broken wheat. The fractured wheat, which is contaminated by vetch and other foreign seeds, is destined for use in by-product or for animal feed. The Pixel sorter recovers the healthy wheat almost entirely, so that it can be sent for grinding, therefore allowing a quick return on investment.

In the CEREALS we separate:
Any kind of wheat recognizable by colour, wheat with a different tonality with respect the conforming one.

In the SEEDS we separate:
Any foreign or defective seed recognizable by colour.
