Commissioning & Personnel training:
SEA personnel performs these operations at the customer’s premises.
Our purpose is to provide complete explanations about the proper and most effective operation of the sorter. The staff in charge of sorting will be thoroughly trained during the commissioning of the machine.

Spare parts: The wearing parts such as fuses, neon lights, etc. can be locally found in every Country. The use and maintenance handbook contains a specific sections related to the spare parts and relevant codes to expedite the request for spare parts to SEA Srl.

Service: so far in many Countries SEA offers a programmed maintenance service to guarantee periodic controls of the customers’ sorting installation.

Remote Assistance:
The remote assistance
is the guarantee of immediate interventions and higher security in case of breakdowns resulting from the stored programs.
SEA sorters may be equipped with the modem system for the on-line control of the stored sorting programs. Regardless of the Country where the machine is located, the Customer may require our free-of-charge dial-up service to monitor the sorter’s operation, and to check and vary the program’s data - if needed - through a Personal Computer at SEA headquarters in Imola.
