SEA gets the order for the Optical Sorter “Crystal 4” in its “Long” version.

The well-known company LA VETRI S.r.l. based in Villa Poma (Mn), historical client of SEA in the use of Optical Electronic Sorters for glass cullet (the very first sorter of a list of 15 units was purchased in 1989) has commissioned to SEA the first model of the appreciated series “CRYSTAL” in its “Long” version.
The “CRYSTAL 4-L” model defers from the standard version (still in production) mainly for its feeding system. In practice, a unique vibrating channel of about 1.500 mm. lengths replaces the 4 traditional feeders.
Said configuration permits a uniform feeding of the cullet into the sorting machine, it avoids possible obstructions inside the feeding hopper, and permits the direct aspiration on the vibrating channel (to remove papers, plastics etc.)
