The first “Echo” sorter by resonance, for nut kernels, has been inaugurated

The first full installation for the sorting of nut kernels was inaugurated at La Baume D'Hostun, at the DELPHINOIX company, professionals in the production of the “Noix de Grenoble A.O.C.”
The Delphinoix processing line was completed with a sorter by resonance, “Echo 20+20” model, together with a colour sorter from the « SELEKTA » series.
The first machine separates the nut kernels from the shells, when the product leaves the shelling machine.
Once removed from the shells, the product is selected by colour, to separate the non-conforming dark kernels.
Delphinoix successfully uses the same process for whole kernels (A), broken ones (B) and for waste (C).
